The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lunaflow and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lunaflow disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the most recent billing cycle.
