A subscription you can't leave isn't a subscription, it's a hostage situation. Cancellation is one click. Refunds in the first 14 days are automatic, no questions asked.
§ 01The promise, in one paragraph
You can cancel any Lunaflow paid plan from inside the app at any time. If you cancel within 14 daysof your first paid charge, we refund the charge in full. After that, you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for, and we don't charge you again.
Hate Lunaflow? Cancel and get your money back, no email needed. Tolerate Lunaflow? Cancel — keep using it until the period runs out, then we leave you alone.
§ 02How to cancel
Three ways, all equally honoured:
- From the app: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Takes effect immediately for billing.
- By email to billing@lunaflow.app. We act within one working day.
- By replying “cancel” to any Lunaflow billing email. Same.
You don't owe us a reason. We'd love feedback if you have it, but it's optional and refusing to give it never delays your cancellation.
§ 03The 14-day refund window
If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your first paid charge on a plan, we automatically refund 100% of that charge to the original payment method. No phone call, no survey, no “let me transfer you to retention.”
The 14 days run from the moment your card is charged, not from when you sign up. If you upgrade from Free to Solo on Day 1 and cancel on Day 14, you get the full refund.
§ 04Annual plans
The 14-day window applies to annual plans too — full refund on the annual charge if you cancel inside it. After 14 days but before the annual term ends, you can cancel any time and we'll refund the unused months on a pro-rata basis, rounded to your benefit.
Example: you paid for 12 months at $90, used 4 months, and cancel. We refund 8 / 12 × $90 = $60. Your access ends immediately on cancellation, unless you ask to keep it until the period ends.
§ 05Outside the window (monthly plans)
For monthly plans cancelled after the 14-day window, we don't refund the current month — you keep full access until the period ends, and we don't charge you for the next one. This is the standard SaaS model and we don't think it needs apologising for, but we wanted to be explicit.
Edge case: a plan was charged today and you cancel today, outside the 14-day window of the original signup. Email us — if you genuinely never used the app since the renewal, we'll refund the renewal charge as a courtesy.
§ 06Free tier & trial
The Free tier doesn't need cancelling — it's free. Delete the account from Settings → Delete accountand you're gone. The 14-day Solo trial requires no card; if you don't choose to add one when the trial ends, your account drops back to Free automatically with no charge.
§ 07Disputes & chargebacks
Please email us before initiating a chargeback — chargebacks cost us a flat fee that doesn't go to you, and we're almost certainly able to refund you faster directly. We commit to responding to a refund email within one working day.
If we've made an error (double charge, charge after cancellation, wrong plan) we refund plus a one-month credit on whatever plan you stay on, by way of apology.
§ 08How we pay you back
Refunds go to the original payment method. Stripe usually settles within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. We'll email you a confirmation the moment we issue it; if it doesn't appear within ten working days, write to billing@lunaflow.app and we'll trace it with Stripe.
If the original card has expired or been closed, we'll arrange an alternative — a fresh card, a bank transfer, or store credit at your option.
Cancellation, refund request, and account deletion are all reachable from a single screen at Settings → Subscription. We've audited it ourselves to make sure no path requires more than two clicks.
