1. Overview

At Lunaflow, our goal is to help builders, creators, and teams stay focused, productive, and in flow. We operate as a subscription-based software platform that provides access to AI-assisted tools, coaching insights, analytics, and community features. Because Lunaflow delivers instant value through software and AI resources immediately upon subscription, we follow a no-refund policy for general dissatisfaction. However, we handle all billing errors and technical issues fairly and transparently.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Eligible Refunds

We provide refunds only in the following verified cases:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

2.2 Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@lunaflow.app with the subject line “Refund Request”.
  2. Include your account email, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
  3. Our support team will acknowledge within 24 hours.
  4. Your request will be reviewed within 72 hours.
  5. You’ll receive a decision email with the outcome and any next steps.

Refund approvals are final, and we reserve the right to deny requests that fall outside this policy.

2.3 Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated with your payment provider before contacting Lunaflow support:

  • Your account will be temporarily suspended during investigation.
  • Usage logs and billing records will be shared with the payment processor as evidence.
  • Repeated or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your account settings. When you cancel, you’ll retain full access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan and no additional charges will be applied unless you resubscribe.

3.2 No Prorated or Partial Refunds

Lunaflow does not offer partial refunds for unused time or features after a billing period has begun. If you cancel mid-cycle, your plan remains active until renewal, ensuring you get full value from your current period.

3.3 Reactivation

If you wish to return later, you can reactivate your plan anytime from your dashboard. All prior data and project history remain securely stored for up to 90 days after cancellation unless deleted manually.

4. Subscription Changes & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle. Upgrades apply immediately, and the cost difference is prorated automatically.

5. Our Commitment to Fairness

Even though refunds for dissatisfaction are not available, Lunaflow strives to maintain fairness and trust. If you ever feel something isn’t working right, we’ll review your case individually and may offer account credit, a temporary extension, or a one-on-one support session to resolve technical or setup issues. We’d rather fix the experience than lose your trust.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lunaflow’s total liability for any claim, loss, or refund request shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in their most recent billing cycle.
